The senior management of IFCC has a long history in the franchise finance arena with most having 15 - 20 years experience serving this market. The staff includes dedicated Credit and Documentation Specialists, regionally based Marketing Vice Presidents, Account Managers, and a servicing department to bill and collect monthly payments.

Since 2002, Irwin Franchise Capital Corporation (IFCC) has enjoyed year over year significant double digit growth in total loan originations under John Rinaldi's leadership The Company has become one of the nation's leading lender's in the Franchise finance sector and recognized as such by all of the leading franchised restaurant brands. In 2006, the business successfully expanded to include professional practice acquisition financing in addition to restaurant financing. John is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the organization including originations, operations and capital markets.

With more than 30 years of commercial lending experience, John joined the Irwin organization in 2002 as the President and Chief Executive Officer of IFCC. Prior to Irwin, John was the executive vice president and COO of Franchise Capital Services, a division of Federated Capital Corporation. He has also held the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and President of Equipment Finance with FMAC as well as Senior Vice President of the commercial finance business that included the franchise lending business of Bell Atlantic Capital Corporation.

Lloyd Droller is Senior Vice President-Chief Credit Officer. He has been with the company since 1999, and boasts more than 30 years of experience in the financing industry. Droller also worked for Franchise Capital Services and FMAC, where he was the Senior Vice President of the Equipment Finance Group. At GE, he was the Industry Operations Manager in the Health Care Division.

Droller graduated from the University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Adminstration. He and his wife have two teenage daughters.

Bernice Carr joined IFCC in June 2003 as Senior Vice President - Documentation & Closing. Her entire career has been spent in financial services and includes extensive experience in management, system analysis, documentation, real estate and all aspects of operations. She has been involved in the franchise finance sector for more than 20 years. Bernice began her career as a programmer for a small ticket equipment leasing company. She then worked for several years at Bell Atlantic Tri Con Leasing Corporation. In her last position prior to joining IFCC, Carr served as Vice President - Contract Administration with FINOVA Capital Corporation's Franchise Finance Group.

Carr holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from St. Francis University, Loretto, PA. She resides in northern New Jersey and is the proud mother of two grown children.

Michael Vallorosi is Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He brings 20 years of financial services experience to IFCC with nearly half of that time involved in the franchise finance sector with institutions such as FINOVA Capital and Lehman Brothers. Prior to joining IFCC, Vallorosi served as Director of Sales for The Debt Exchange, Inc.'s (DebtX) Specialty Finance Practice where he advised investment banks, leasing companies and specialty lenders on the sale of lease and loan portfolios/assets including franchise loans.

Vallorosi holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Business Administration degree from Fordham University. He resides in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey, with his wife and two sons.

Sharon Soltero joined IFCC in 2004 as the Director of Marketing and Communication. She is responsible for the organization's advertising, marketing and communication. In addition, she is IFCC's primary contact with franchisors. Prior to IFCC, she held various marketing, communication and e-business management positions at the state's largest electric utility, Nebraska Public Power District.

Soltero holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication with a Journalism minor. She and her husband have two children.

Juan Canlas joined IFCC in November 2006 as Vice President of Servicing. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, particularly in the management of Information Technology. This includes the design, construction and delivery of mission-critical business systems, IT strategic alignment, process reengineering and management of IT services. He is responsible for portfolio servicing, investor relationship, and administration of the loan processing platform.

Canlas has Master of Business Administration degree from Fordham University in New York. He lives in Dumont, New Jersey with his wife, two daughters and a son.

Richard Riecker is Marketing Vice President for Capital Markets where he manages intermediary relationships and indirect originations as well as discrete loan and portfolio acquisitions. Prior to joining IFCC, Riecker held various senior level capital markets positions with global financial institutions Lehman Brothers and Salomon Brothers, and most recently, The Debt Exchange.

Riecker holds both Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts Degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with additional coursework completed at New York Institute of Finance. He maintains his Series 7 and Series 63 NASD licenses. Riecker resides in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey, with his wife and two children.

He has an Accounting Degree from William Paterson University and lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children.

Kim Albin has 15 years of experience in the franchise finance industry. She served for nearly six years as Vice President and Sales Manager for Irwin Franchise Capital Marketing Center in Columbus, NE. In 2001, she took a short leave to work in Hawaii as a Business Loan Officer for First Hawaiian Bank.

In April 2003, she took the position with IFCC as a Marketing Vice President covering the Northwest territory.

Albin graduated from Oregon State University and secured her MBA from Marylhurst University. She has been employed by GE Capital, PacificCorp Credit, AT&T Capital, and FMAC, and with each position gaining more responsibility. Her franchise finance background started with PacifiCorp Credit's franchise group, the predecessor of AT&T Capital finance program.

Robert Leon has over eleven years experience in banking, and franchise lending. Prior to joining IFCC, he managed a Franchise Finance Department for Far East National Bank in Los Angeles. In addition, for over six years Robert was the West Coast Manager, franchise lending for Banco Popular. During his time with Banco Popular, the portfolio grew over twenty-five times, maintaining a delinquency rate of less than 1%.

Leon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from the University of Southern California, 1984, and a Masters of Business Administration, Marketing from Loyola Marymount University, 1991. He has been married for over ten years, and has two small children ages six and four.

Recently he and his family relocated to the Southeastern section of the U.S. from the Pacific Northwest.

Spicer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching from Sam Houston State University, 1974. He served his country for six years with the Marine Corps Reserve and taught high school for four years during the mid 1970's. He has been married for 26 years and has two grown children.
