Boles Joins Staff

MONTVALE, NJ - Irwin Franchise Capital Corporation (IFCC), a division of Irwin Union Bank and Trust, recently made a new appointment to its staff.

Howard Boles has joined the company as Vice President of Professional Practice Acquisition Financing. He will lead a new team within IFCC that will focus on financing Professional office acquisitions. The team will initially service the Dental industry, however, additional financing will be available to include other Healthcare and Licensed Professionals. Transactions will range from $100,000 to $5 million.

Boles brings more than 20 years of commercial finance experience to IFCC. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
