Melchior and Warren Join Credit Department

Irwin Franchise Capital Corporation recently added two employees to its credit department. Jane Warren and Tom Melchior are senior credit underwriters.

Melchior is a seasoned financial analyst with more than seven years of experience in franchise finance and commercial real estate. Previously, he worked with Textron Financial Corporation, Franchise Finance Corporation of America, Bank One and Vanguard Group. He holds a MBA with a concentration in finance as well as a bachelor's of science degree in finance/real estate from the University of Nebraska. Melchior works out of Scottsdale, AZ.

Warren brings more than 15 years of credit underwriting experience. She had previously worked with Peachtree Franchise Finance, FMAC, Republic National Bank and AT&T Commercial Finance. She holds a MBA with a concentration in finance from Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts in economics and French from Bowdoin College. Warren works out of Smyrna, Georgia.
