Vallorosi Joins Staff

Irwin Franchise Capital Corporation, a division of Irwin Union Bank and Trust, recently made a new appointment to its staff.

Michael Vallorosi joined Irwin Franchise Capital Corporation (IFCC) as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He brings 20 years of financial services experience to IFCC with nearly half of that time involved in the franchise finance sector with institutions such as FINOVA Capital and Lehman Brothers. Prior to joining IFCC, Vallorosi served as Director of Sales for The Debt Exchange, Inc.'s (DebtX) Specialty Finance Practice where he advised investment banks, leasing companies and specialty lenders on the sale of lease & loan portfolios/assets including franchise loans.

Vallorosi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, Cum Laude, from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Fordham University.
